I’ve worked in health and wellness for over 25 years. I’m a fully qualified practitioner and teacher. I focus on helping women with a full life to prioritise good health and selfcare through holistic therapies and lifestyle. I’ve personally experienced their power and ability to balance the body and soul.
I look forward to sharing my skills and knowledge with you and thank you so much for putting your trust in me. I’m also a very dedicated skincare specialist. I’m committed to giving my clients advice about homecare as well as offering specialist facials
Although you will see a set list of treatments, please know that I’m pretty flexible. Sometimes my clients have an idea of how long they’d like to spend in treatment, and I come up with the rest. If you can’t find what you’re looking, then please ask.
The Body Temple Packages
I’ve created these deeply indulgent packages, blending your favourite therapies. Each session beings with a soothing foot soak, foot and lower leg exfoliation and ends with a calming herbal tea and a few light and nutritious healthy bites. All packages are 2 hours at £85

Mizan Therapy
What is Mizan Therapy?
Mizan therapy helps with menstrual pain, fertility issues, PCOS, endometriosis, digestive problems, IBS, menopause symptoms, postpartum and post caesarean healing. Mizan is an Arabic word meaning balance. By using traditional reproductive healing techniques, Mizan therapists seek to restore balance when life feels unbalanced – physically, emotionally or spiritually.
What does Mizan treatment include?
Each session is 60 minutes and includes deep abdominal massage, lower back and sacral work, pelvic alignment, lymphatic drainage and reflexology.
The first session includes a detailed lifestyle consultation and assessment to identify root causes.
How many treatments will you need?
This can be determined after the first session. You can have as many one-off treatments as you like or book a course of 7, 5 or 3 for longer term results
Initial session – 2 hours - £105
Courses – 7 sessions £450, 5 sessions £335, 3 sessions £225
Subsequent one-off sessions – 60 mins - £75

Massage
A powerful massage combining deep pressure points along energy meridians, lymphatc drainage and variations of Swedish, Balinese and aromatherapy techniques. Soothes aching and tired muscles whilst cleansing and purifying your body and soul
This treatment includes a facial cleanse, full body massage, hand, foot and scalp massage.
The 90 minute version also includes a back exfoliation and longer massage
