The Body Temple – Mizan & Holistic Practitioner and Teacher

Hello. I am Sughra and for the past 25 years, I have been involved in health, beauty, and wellness in some capacity. Many years ago, I qualified as a beauty and holistic practitioner because I believed in the power of touch and the body’s capacity to heal itself. Later, I moved into project management, training, education and consultancy to guide others to success in their chosen discipline and passion

I was lucky enough to work for Six Senses in South East Asia and the Middle East, Diva Lounge Spa in Qatar and my own consultancy projects took me around Europe and the whole of the UK. I have worked with some of the most innovative business owners and general managers and met the most talented, motivated and inspirational therapists.

In all that time, my learning has been ongoing. I have been on a personal journey of emotional, mental and spiritual growth. My self-work, education and desire for knowledge and practical skills will never end

Today, I focus on holistic health and advanced skincare for my clients. In 2021 I qualified as a Mizan Practitioner. This was a calling after experiencing the challenges of endometriosis for the past 25 years. Today I work with women to overcome womb related health challenges which may include fertility issues, period problems, menopause symptoms and much more.

Reflexology, Advanced Massage and Facials continue to be my expertise and I offer these therapies to clients as well as offer training in these disciplines. 

I work with a highly effective, scientific, and natural ingredient rich brand which not only helps my clients at home but allows me to mentor beauty business owners who want to offer simple and effective skin care regimes for their clients at home. Read the section on Skin Futures to find out more

My burning passion over and above everything else is education. Through education we empower people to realise their full potential and continue their personal evolution. I guide and motivate already talented individuals to transform their lives and businesses through inspirational training. I offer certified training through courses which have been meticulously crafted. My promise is to deliver courses which will not only give you the practical, hands-on skills you need to perform a treatment, you will also be benefitting from 25 years of experience in building and running a business, working with people one to one and building a long-term clientele

My courses are also available in-house for spa and beauty businesses looking to train at least six team members. I also design and implement treatment menus and signature treatments. Please contact me directly to arrange a call or to ask for more information

Currently, I offer fully certified training in Body Massage, Indonesian Massage, Reflexology, Facials, Indian Head Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
